• Standard lead time for order fulfilment is 3–5 business days. For expedited orders, please contact us directly at info@abtinjewellery.co.nz.

• Missing items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Failing to notify us within this timeframe may result in the customer being liable for the invoiced amount.

Custom Orders

• Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

• Production timelines for custom orders will be communicated upon confirmation of the design.

Prices and Modifications

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Abtin Jewellery reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notification.

Shipping & Handling

• Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
