How do I care for my jewellery?To maintain the quality of your jewellery: Avoid exposure to chemicals and moisture. Store in a dry, soft pouch or box when not in use. Clean with a soft cloth to maintain shine.

Do you offer free shipping?We do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Do you offer gift packaging?Yes! All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged, and we offer gift-wrapping options upon request.

What materials are used in Abtin Jewellery?All our jewellery is handmade using high-quality materials, including metals and carefully selected embellishments. Each piece is crafted with attention to detail.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@abtinjewellery.co.nz with photos of the issue, and we will assist you.

What are your shipping options?We ship both within New Zealand and internationally. Domestic orders are delivered via NZ Post, and international orders are shipped using DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?You can request a refund within 7 days of delivery. However, custom-made and personalised items, as well as earrings, are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
